Benefits

Benefits include increased circulation to help flush the body of metabolic waste and toxin build up, greater flexibility and range of motion, and instruction in effective and appropriate strengthening and stretching programs.

Infrared Sauna

Lotus Massage Therapy also offers infrared sauna treatments for helping athletes reach their performance goals. Athletes can passively condition the cardiovascular system (including during injury) through the use of the infrared sauna. Cardiac output, heart rate and metabolic rate is substantially raised. The sauna can help speed up injury recovery via increased circulation to the affected area. A heat-conditioned athlete can burn off 600-800 kcal per 30 minute session

LOTUS MASSAGE THERAPY IS ACCREDITED FOR EXTENDED MEDICAL BENEFITS.  ICBC CLAIMS ARE NOT DIRECT BILLED BY ALL THERAPISTS, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. Sharon and Emily do not bill for ICBC
